You’ll get it in three ways:

When you download a file on an iPhone, it usually saves to your Files app, not your Photos or Safari.

Here’s how to find it:

Digital products and courses are final sale once access is provided, except where required by law. Access is provided when the product is available on Course Home, in your account, or through a delivery email, whether or not you have opened or downloaded it.

If you were charged twice, received the wrong product, or cannot access what you bought, email hugh@fishfindercoach.com and I’ll get it sorted out. If I cannot provide working access, I’ll refund the affected digital product. If the product or its compatibility was described incorrectly when you bought it, I’ll make that right too. A later change in the equipment you own, the product you need, or your personal circumstances does not make a digital purchase refundable.

If a digital refund is approved, access to that product will be removed. Read the full refund policy.

Printed manuals are shipped via standard USPS. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days.

Email me at hugh@fishfindercoach.com. If the correct product is available, I’ll switch your access. If it costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, I’ll refund the difference.

Yes. Email me within 14 days after delivery. The item must be unused, unmarked, and in the same condition you received it. Wait for approval and mailing instructions before sending it back.

You pay return shipping for a standard return. Original shipping is not refundable unless the return is due to our error. Read the full refund policy.

The digital portion is final once access is provided. Only the physical portion is eligible under the 14-day return policy. Any approved refund is limited to the amount paid for the physical item, plus tax charged on that amount.

Email me as soon as possible. I’ll cancel and refund the order before fulfillment when possible. Digital access is often provided immediately. Once digital access is provided, the digital product terms apply. Once a physical item ships, the physical return terms apply.

Email hugh@fishfindercoach.com as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos if available. I’ll replace the item or refund the affected item, and I’ll cover return shipping if it needs to come back.
